I have been working on another cake this weekend, in between working my real jobs! I cannot complain though...all of my jobs are so fun!
This cake was made for a little boy (at heart) who was turning the big 30 today! He spent this past weekend at a comic book convention so it was only fitting that his wife, Ashley, asked me to make a cake with his favorite superhero....Spiderman. Very different from the ones I have done recently but I had a lot of fun with it! Spidey and I are pretty close now.
So, Phillip, welcome to the 30's. The place where all the cool kids are.

ReplyDeleteI love the skyline part! You are so talented! I am wondering if you bake the cakes from scratch or from a mix? I do a chocolate from scratch that we really like but I don't have a good yellow or white recipe.
ReplyDeleteHey you should do a cake tutorial with pictures for the blog. Like step by step how you put them in the freezer and all that. So we can come and refer to it when we need to bake a cake!
