Bluebonnets in Texas

The past few weeks, our street and those around us have been covered in Bluebonnets and Indian Paintbrushes! It makes me so happy every time I go out. Not to mention that the weather has been PERFECT!! I was excited about getting some pictures and asked for volunteers for a spur of the moment shoot. Shockingly enough, Trinity was the only one who agreed! I don't know why the boys wouldn't want precious pictures in the flowers? 


So I have recently taken some pictures of Christian and Trinity, so Dylan is up next. This is last thing that Dylan wants to be bothered with. He is just way too cool. That would mean he would have to detach from his guitar for a minute....or does it????????  Hmmmm We will come up with something! We will get him in front of the camera.

    Wow, those flowers are beautiful! Trinity's dress is really pretty, too!

    I love her dress! I do miss those flowers in TX- we have some great photos with Daisy from when we lived there.

    You could totally do Dylan's shoot while he is playing- There could be some strong back lighting and maybe even some incense burning (for a smokey effect) and I am am thinking black & white or desaturated color. Just some ideas! I need to get portraits of my kids more often too.

    That sounds awesome! I wish I had a cooler room to take it in...may have to move some stuff around or stake out a better spot. Maybe even hang some stuff from our garage wall as a backround? I will be thinking about that!! And he really likes black and white, good call ;)
